Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Drop Off Package
Affix the printed return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup via our portal.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
